DEVELOPMENT SEQUENCE
Six checkpoints to define in writing
The sequence is a practical project framework, not a fixed schedule. Fees, timing, revision limits, evidence and responsibility for each stage are confirmed for the requested product.

Product brief
Define SKU, use case, dimensions, construction, materials, color, logo, packaging, quantity, destination and target timing.

Sampling scope
Confirm what the sample should prove, the sample fee and timing, supplied materials or references, and how revisions will be handled.

Sample approval
Record the approved structure, dimensions, materials, color, edge finish, stitching, hardware, logo and packaging before bulk production.

Production planning
Align quantity by SKU, material readiness, production responsibilities, schedule assumptions and any buyer approval required during production.

Inspection evidence
Agree which material, cutting, stitching, edge, logo, hardware and finished-product checks will be recorded for the order.

Packing and shipment confirmation
Confirm inner packing, gift boxes, cartons, shipping marks, requested photos, shipment documents and the agreed delivery handoff.
PROJECT BOUNDARIES
Do not leave these terms implied
A usable OEM/ODM agreement states what each party provides, approves and owns. Public website wording cannot replace the signed project scope.
Materials and compliance
State the material specification and destination market. Confirm which supporting documents are required and who is responsible for obtaining or reviewing them.
Process ownership
Confirm which stages CHILLZONE performs, coordinates or sources for the product. Do not infer that every material and process is handled inside one facility.
Commercial change control
Record how specification changes affect sample fees, unit pricing, MOQ, schedule and packaging. A revised requirement should not become an informal production instruction.
