Four evidence groups to define before production

Material and cutting checks
Agree how material surface, texture, color variation, cut-piece dimensions and critical-part handling will be reviewed for the order.
Craft detail checks
Identify the stitching, edge paint, embossing or foil, hardware assembly and finished-surface details that should be compared with the approved reference.
Packing and photo confirmation
Confirm inner packing, gift boxes, cartons, shipping marks and the requested product or packing photos before the agreed shipment confirmation.

Are pre-shipment photos an independent inspection?
No. Requested product and packing photos can support remote review of visible details, but they do not replace an agreed inspection method, quantity check or independent third-party report when one is required.
Does the website publish AQL or defect-rate targets?
No public AQL, tolerance, defect-rate target or named inspection provider is stated. If the order needs measurable acceptance criteria, define the method, sample size, limits, decision owner and remedy in writing.
